Can you believe that we still have several example – several companies – structured with Dual Class Shares? I once owned a small position of common “class B” shares of a company and learned quickly, the hard, way, what this means to
the little guys shareholder with virtually no say in decision making of the
company (generally, the whole purpose of having a “vote” with our lowly common
shares).…
